Eggs in Cambodia are a bit different… the duckling is already half grown inside the egg. Mmmm, meaty… and actually not as bad you would expect with a pepper and lemon sauce.
A more convential dish is the baguette. Served with some sort of pork grub, pate and pickles.
For desert, some waffles will do. Not as good as my grandmother makes them, but pretty okay with some banana and condensed milk on top!
There’s always somebody making sugarcane juice or various other juices, which invariantly include a mix based on Durian, the smelly rotten egg fruit and a lot of sugar.
After all that food, you have got to go to the toilet. And in case you don’t know how to use it, there’s a very clear sign explaining it.
